Strategy Sessions
Stay on track to achieve your business and marketing goals with weekly or monthly strategy sessions where I’ll review what we’re working on, what’s coming up and how your efforts are getting you closer to your goals.

I have a newsletter only service for those who send out weekly or monthly letters to their lists. Weekly recaps are popular right now to give your readers a second chance to catch up on your communications.

When your application is approved one of our representatives will send you a payment link to secure your spot.
Now you will be provided with a private client portal and we will arrange to get access to your website and/or email service provider account.
Once we both have everything we need you can start submitting support request tickets right away! You can login to your portal from time to time to check on the status of your requests and account time balances.

You will be billed the first payment immediately and automatically every 30 days. ALL plans are non-refundable and you may cancel at any time.
Major credit cards and debit cards are accepted through PayPal or Stripe. European clients can pay by check or wire transfer.
Absolutely. We are all about relationships with our clients, so we would hate to see you go but we know financial needs weigh on many decisions and don’t want to lock anyone in. Request a cancellation via the support desk, and we will immediately stop the next payment.
Much like a retainer, the monthly time is there for you every month to reserve your place in our queue, therefore it does not rollover. We will send you reminders to help prompt you to use your plan wisely. Take comfort in the fact that what you request within the time reserved (depending on your plan) will be addressed by our team with immediate attention.
Work that exceeds the allotted time will be billed at the current support rate of 80€/hr. Subscribers to the Full Support plan will receive a reduced rate of 65€/hr.

If you have a request not listed above you can submit a support ticket and we’ll let you know if it’s covered or will require a separate project request.

This does not include adding new sales or lead generation pages or a complete overhaul of website content.
Strategy sessions are conducted by telephone, Zoom, or Skype, run for 30-40 minutes and are on the topic of your current content and email marketing strategies. These calls are scheduled in advance to ensure they happen at a time that is convenient for you.
By agreeing to work with us, you also agree to our posted terms of service. We will provide you with and on-boarding document so we both know what to expect going forward.
We work 9am-6pm (CET/ Paris), Monday through Friday. Our support desk is open for submissions throughout the week and weekend.
All projects are scheduled in advance so the turnaround time is based on current demand and schedule but we can usually provide a 24-48 hour turnaround for small projects.
We use www.wetransfer.com or dropbox.com to transfer large files which makes for easy transfer of multiple files, images, etc. In the cases of ‘living documents’ Google Drive is more appropriate as it allows for collaboration and document editing without constant uploading, downloading, sending and searching. Screenshots can be uploaded with support request tickets.
