How does the subscription work?
You will be billed the first payment immediately and automatically every 30 days. ALL plans are non-refundable but you may cancel at any time.
Does unused monthly time rollover?
Much like a retainer, the monthly time is there for you every month to reserve your place in our queue, therefore it does not rollover. Take comfort in the fact that what you request within the time reserved (depending on your plan) will be addressed by our team with immediate attention.
What if I need more hours?
Work that exceeds the allotted time will be billed at the current support rate of 80€/hr. Subscribers to the Full Support plan will receive a reduced rate of 65€/hr.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Absolutely. We are all about relationships with our clients, so we would hate to see you go but we know financial needs weigh on many decisions and don’t want to lock anyone in. Request a cancellation via the support desk, and we will immediately stop the next payment.
What tasks are included in Email Marketing?
This includes tasks like setting up, testing and sending an email campaign, newsletter management, setup of automations, segmentation, edits to existing automations, goals, CRM deals and pipelines, managing conversion reports, and more. If you have a doubt you can submit a support ticket and we’ll let you know if it’s covered or will require a separate project request.
What tasks are included in Website Content Management?
Content management typically refers to adding new blog posts. However, this can also include updates to existing website content like adding a testimonial, updating an event calendar, adding a staff profile; in general minor edits. This does not include adding new sales or lead generation pages or a complete overhaul of website content.
How do the Strategy Sessions work?
Strategy sessions are conducted by telephone, Zoom, or Skype, run for 30-40 minutes and are on the topic of your current content and email marketing strategies. These calls are scheduled in advance to ensure they happen at a time that is convenient for you or your staff.
Are there any agreements to sign?
By agreeing to work with us, you also agree to our posted terms of service. We will provide you with and onboarding document so we both know what to expect going forward.
What are your working hours?
We work 9am-6pm (CET/ Paris), Monday through Friday. Our support desk is open for submissions throughout the weekend.
What is your usual turnaround time?
All projects are scheduled in advance so the turnaround time is based on current demand and schedule but we can usually provide a 24-48 hour turnaround for small projects.
How would we exchange files?
We use www.wetransfer.com or DropBox.com to transfer large files which makes for easy transfer of multiple files, images, etc. In the cases of ‘living documents’ Google Drive is more appropriate as it allows for collaboration and document editing without constant uploading, downloading, sending and searching.
For clients on our monthly plans small files can be uploaded with support request tickets.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Major credit cards and debit cards are accepted through PayPal or Stripe. European clients can pay by check or wire transfer.
