Now is the time to gather access info, copy, etc. from you. This part is important as I can’t get started without it! - Project Underway
This is where I take the project off your hands! - Review & Approval
You will have 2 changes to make minor edits and then we’ll go live!

FAQs
What is your usual turnaround time?
All projects are scheduled in advance so the turnaround time is based on current demand and schedule but I can usually provide a 24-48 hour turnaround for small projects.
How would we exchange files?
We use www.wetransfer.com or DropBox.com to transfer large files which makes for easy transfer of multiple files, images, etc. In the cases of ‘living documents’ Google Drive is more appropriate as it allows for collaboration and document editing without constant uploading, downloading, sending and searching.
For clients on the monthly plans small files can be uploaded with support request tickets.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Major credit cards and debit cards are accepted through PayPal or Stripe. European clients can pay by check or wire transfer.
