I work with clients globally on a regular basis, during my stated business hours, 9 AM – 6 PM (CET/ Paris) – Local time.
All projects are scheduled in advance so the turnaround time is based on current demand and schedule but I can usually provide a 24-48 hour turnaround for small projects.
I use www.wetransfer.com or DropBox.com to transfer large files, which makes for easy transfer of multiple files, images, etc.
In the case of planning and working on large projects or ‘living documents’ Google Drive might be more appropriate. Google allows for collaboration and document editing without the need for constant uploading/downloading/sending and searching.
For clients on a monthly plan, small files can be uploaded with support request tickets.
Email is the most efficient method but if we need to discuss project details we can schedule a 15 minute session via telephone or Zoom depending on the scope of the work.
Pro and Full Support plan clients are entitled to monthly strategy sessions.
There are monthly package plans as well as predefined projects, which you can view on the services page.
Work necessary after hours, weekends or holidays will incur an additional charge of 25€.
Returned checks will command a 40€ euro service fee (European checks only are accepted).
As a client, you will be responsible for expenses including image rights for use in projects, software, courier services, etc.
Major credit cards and debit cards are accepted through PayPal or Stripe. European clients can pay by check or wire transfer.
