By shifting the focus to goals within our capabilities, we are bound to experience greater success and a more rewarding sense of satisfaction. The concept of individual capability that you allude to is also an interesting one; I think it’s vital to take a personal approach to achieving your goals as we differ so much in our aptitudes and skills. What is easily achievable for one person can be completely unattainable for another, and due to this I believe that comparison with others is often counterproductive.</description>
